i reccomend u start with turn tables then move onto softare.
or by VDJ pro and two TVCs
and then you can pratise mixing

i started on turnatbles. then on cd-players and finally at VDJ :)

But messing around with VDJ might help u understand mixing a little bit more.

Yeah, but if you get too used to using VDJ and end up somewhere that has CD decks or Vinyl turntables, you *will* mess up. It would be easier to learn the hands on way (Even if its with TCV) then completely virtual.

You can try Vinyl + VDJ.
So you'll mix your vinyls and TCV for mp3's.

does it really mess someone up....i mean does it actually affect the djs mixing in the future when he gets his hands on some hardware....cuz like i'm more of a bedroom dj...never got my hands on any hardware ....here in brazil its hard and expensive...so i just started on my pc.....and i have a basic notion of djing and bpms...and stuff like that...i wanted to get the hercules..but just waitin for some cash.....
