Topic: Can I test Vdj demo by using the time encoded cd??

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I really want to use this with vinyl...but want to test it. I'm going to buy the vinyl but the demo expires in 12 days. I doubt I'll have the vinyl by then to test it. So just wondering if I could test at least the cd part of it

Can I cue, or is it limited because its a demo?

I was trying to cue to the begining of the cd player but it just keeps playing.

i have the same problem and still no solution...

I have VDJ demo 3.4 + 2denon dn-s1000 + Maya44 +dn x100 all works fine but i was looking for the new spec of the last version "TCCD cue and loop from cd player"...

I read the USer manual but there is no explanation about this...Any one can help us?

Well one thing I know for sure is the fact that there is a limitation to use only 1 deck with the demo version. NOT 2 and surely not in ASIO mode.

for the cues on the CD decks I'm not sure if they will work due to the fact that there is the cues in VDJ instead. I would recommend getting the full version for sure as well as a midi controller to activate your cues and samples however.

sorry but buy full version to try new specs that suposly are in demo version????



I want to buy it but I think is necessary to try it before because everybody say that it works but no one tell us how!! so is very suspect....

so it's possible or not to play cues in demo version?

you can cue, loop and all in the demo :) (works for 5 mins on one deck)

Enable smart-cue in settings, and turn off anti-skip for looping

Look at Apopsis posts, they are very informative on the use of timecode cds
