Topic: Numark cdn95 can I use this to control the VDJ software?

hi I just want to know if i can use this cd player to control the VDJ software bec, I saw it has midi in and out and if I could map It. or if somebody used it as a cd player ????

it can be used with VDJ in two ways.

With TCCDs see here for more information: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/

and in midi mode. For the midi you must connect the CDN95 to the computer and then create shortcuts with midi commands in VDJ settings.
 
Hi thanks for the reply I also have question can i use the jog wheel in midi mode ? and able to scratch better than hdj console 2 and dac3 ?
 
Yes i think it is possible in midi mode, but it would be better to use in TCCD mode, you would get better response.
