Hi
I just installed the new drivers for my hecules dj console MK1 and im getting this error any help?
Also i bought mk1 a while ago, should i still be shown as a "no license user"? not sure

Hello!
make sure that you have console connected to PC and right sound card set in preferences.
If you bought DJ Console you don't have a licence for program jet. You should buy full program here:

Hello,
With DJ Console 1, check the config in the DJ Console panel is not set on ASIO.
If you are in ASIO, you are no longer in DirectX Sound, and VirtualDJ doesn't see the DirectX Sound device, so it makes this error message.
This error message doesn't happen with DJ Console MK2 as VirtualDJ 3 can automatically change the DJ Console MK2 audio mode, but this is a common error message with DJ Console 1.
