Just ran the 3.1.4 update and I know get a 'installation error' when attempting to load up the program.
Any clues???

Hi jezza, I have exactly the same problem, both in my desktop and laptop. 3.3 works ok. tried v3.4 on a 3rd computer at my job and it worked... wrote to support staff, but no solution or clues yet.. unistalled several times but still does not work... one question. do you have automatic windows update on your pc? (thats the obnly visible difference between my laptop and job pc, and i recently installed 2 security patches thay might be interfering... just a wild guess...).

Have restart booth before and after and still gets Installation error. Something is wrong with this update.

I got a new complete 3.4 install and now it works fine.
