I just purchased the downloadable version of virtualdj and when I try to record it says it can not open the mp3 encoder. I don't have a clue of what to do. I have emailed this problem to them but have not been given a response I hope someone could help me. Thank you

Try to find the file name lame_enc.dll in the Virtual DJ folder installation, this file is necessary for record in mp3 mode.
If this is not present use google to find and download by some website, after this copy the file into the Virtual DJ folder and re-try to record.

Also don't try to record in low formats try 128Kbps or more. If you try 32Kbps you get error messages.
