I'm getting flashes of green tinted or red tinted screens with vertical lines. They seem too happen between scene transitions in a video.
The play perfect in Player A.
I'm using a 2.8GHz p4 800mhz fsb with 1g ddr400 ram.
Videos are ripped to vob.
Video card is a ATI 9250 256mb card.
Direct X is up to date.
I'm outputing to a tv via my s cable. I'm seeing these artifacts on the output tv as well as on my main vdj screen.
Thanks in advance,
Greg Hodges

Correction. I'm seeing this whenever I have a video playing and then load a second 1 in the other player. The second video has these digital artifacts.

So you could be using the B player and load to A, and get this effect? Did this work before and just start?

Same thing happens. I think it's whenever 2 video streams are loaded and ready to play that I get that problem. I have resolved it by switching video cards.
I switched from an ATI 9250 256mb to an NVIDIA 5200 128 mb and the problem completely went away. So I'm guessing there was either a conflict or the 9250 couldn't keep up. I'm looking for a new video card. Do you have a recommendation? I've seen the NVIDIA6800GT mentioned a few times. Is this the way to go? It lists at over $300 and I've seen models as high as $600.
