ever since virtual dj 3.2 my wave form does not move in a smoth basis it kind of bounces
a little bit, does anyone have a solution for this????

Yes, and I'm not sure why....
One trick (not a good trick mind you ;) ) that I've found is to zoom out the waveform slightly.
