HI, using maya44usb.. the left chanel or 1&2 sounds like its blown?

if i unlpug the white phono cable its better.. but not sterio. this has just started happening recently and only chanel 1&2????

havent changed any settings, has anyone come accross this before?

Please help ahhhh.. :o)
