Hi,
Just got my Hercules Console yesterday and I'm having some problems!! When I set it to ASIO it won't let me open VDJ, it says that theres a directX problem!! And if I open it the other way (advanced mode) the same music comes out my speakers an my headphones!!
Someone PLEASE help me!!!

The console version of VDJ supports only DirectX sound output. He put his dj console in the asio mode, therefore VirtualDJ complained that it cannot use DirectX soundcard.
So you have to be sure that you have console set only to DJ mode, with ASIO disabled when using Hercules bundled 1.09 version of VirtualDJ.
And also, there's a button under the hecules mixer sound controls that allows you to select what channel you want to listen in headphones, he had it switched to the MAIN instead of MONITOR.
