you put your cursor over the wave bars and hold the right clicker and move it back and forth

You can also grab the spinning vinil and scratch with that. When using the bars, the RMB picks up the second track. When scratching the vinil, RMB does not hold the record.

Hold the cursor over the deck and press the left button of your mouse, then use the jog wheel to move the vinyl back and forth. Tricky at first but combining that without using the jog wheel can sound pretty realistic.
