Hi.

I'm from Norway, and i would very much like to buy Virtual Dj right away ;)

But i filled out the payment form on the site. (Was going to buy the "internet special offer")
And i get this:

"Sorry but your bank has failed to authorise your card. Please check your details and try again or choose a different payment method - DO NOT USE THE SAME CARD DETAILS AGAIN - NO POINT AS IT WILL NOT WORK!"

I have a VISA card (with money) and i use "Nordea" bank here in Norway.
Also, what is my VAT number here in Norway? I left it blank. If i can't buy with "CREDIT CARD online now", then what should i do?

Please help!

Regards

VAT registration number are for those who purchase the program for a company.
Don't really understand, if you have typed nescessary information correctly, why it would not work... Try "CREDIT CARD by PHONE" otherwise use Paypal.

There could be a problem if your card is a VISA Electron. Check also with your bank.

Ok. Well, it's not VISA Electron, that's for sure :)

I have a VISA card (with money)...
Does this mean it is a debit card?

I would call your card services # on the back and check it out on that end.
Card services will see if the attempt has been made and declined.

If that doesn't work, contact eservice here on the site.

Hi there fellow Norwegian :)

You dont need a VAT number for Norway, as Norway is outside the European Union :)

Maybe you could draw some money out of the cash point, and pay a close friend or family member to make the payment on their card, always a good solution.
