Topic: TCCD & WaveTerminal 192L?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I'm new to the TCCD functions!

I've got 2 Denon S-5000 Cd players. How exactly should I go about jacking everything in?

On the WaveTerminal I have the following ports:

MIC In
Line In

Out 1/2
Out 3/4
Out 5/6

If someone can give me a nudge, I'm sure I'll catch on!

Thanks in advance-

Woody

You need 2 Line inputs. Your current soundcard don't work. Buy a Maya 44 USB or another with 2 Line inputs at least and with ASIO drivers too.

Doh! No fair =) I've got a USB Maya on our other system. Looks like I'll be switching those two out. Once I get the Maya USB installed, I'll be good to go?

Thx,

Woody

Wait a minute, can't you change the mic input to line on the 192?

I found in the Manual of the WaveTerminal 192L that you could buy a MI/ODI/O Connector to get 2 more inputs, but they are digital and midi inputs.

"7. MI/ODI/O connector (sold separately)
This connector is for connecting optional MI/ODI/O add-on card.
MI/ODI/O add-on card makes Waveterminal 192L a total of 4 in 8out Audio / 16 MIDI
channel integrated audio interface."

This card don't give us 2 Line inputs. :-(. The only WaveTerminal which have 4 Line Inputs is the WaveTerminal 192M.
