went to the radio section of the community and it wont let me become a member why? says it is not available at this time or whatever

You need to BUY the FULL version in order to be able to play on the radio, if you do own the full version please enter your serial number into your profile (to left).

I do have the full version, so how would I go about broadcasting a set that I would do for say my friends to tune in and listen to?
