Hello!
I pretty much like the idea of using tags to write bpm and other info in the mp3s via tags. My problem is that I'm using OggVorbis instead of mp3. OggVorbis has the option to define own tags. Why isn't that used to write the info that gets into the mp3s into the oggs also?

Could there be a program that can be used to write oggvorbis tags from mp3 ID3 tags?

There surely is, but that doesn't solve my problem. I'm not using mp3s at all, I'm ripping from my own CD collection directly to oggs, so converting isn't an option. And there still needs to be support in reading the tags from the oggs. I doubt there's any included, since writing isn't included also. I'd really like to have the feature that oggs are equally treated to mp3s in case of tagging.
