I'm sure you could record to a VCR but I'm sure that's not what you're looking for.

if you have a computer with a video card then i think you could plug the output of video on you vdj computer to the input of the card on the other computer.

If you have a big screen resolution you can try to open the preview window and record it with a screen recorder program like Camtasia, I haven't tested, but it may work...
