Hey Team !!!
Although this issue is not directly related to VDJ ... I am having difficulties with my sound card.
Everytime I start up VDJ, the program is in dual-soundcard mode. However when I play a track on the second desk, no audio is produced on the second sound card. In order to get it to work properly, I have go to:
Control Panel / Sounds & Audio Devices / (Under the Volume Tab) Advanced / Speaker Setup = I change it to another setting (ex. Stereo Headphones, laptop speakers, etc) and set it back to 'quadriphonic speakers' and works just fine.

my best guess is:
try windows-update and get the latest service-pack&patches for your windows version. i'm almost 100% certain that this will fix your problem.
