is there a way on virtual dj to like take the lyrics or rapping/talking part and put it with a beat?! like remixing it?

VDJ is for live mixing, not specially for remixing.
you are bettor off with a wave editor like Wave-lab of Soundforge. Those packages have vocal remover/distiller plugins available.
