Topic: Will Virtual DJ work fine with a lap top?

Hello :) I Have the follwing pc:

PIV 2.4 GhZ computer
1024x768 SVGA video
4.1 DirectX compatible soundcard (with front and rear separate outputs)
1 GB RAM
60 MB hard-drive (more than 20 MB free on the hard-drive)


But I am doing a little gig with a lap top (compac) with:

PIV 2.8 GhZ computer
1024x768 SVGA video
4.1 DirectX compatible soundcard (with front and rear separate outputs)
512 MB RAM
60 MB hard-drive (more than 20 MB free on the hard-drive)

My question is if it will work fine or will bring me some problems working with the lap top!!!

Could someone help me, the gig is next monday!!!

I use VDJ on a PIII laptop with 128mb RAM. It works but loading the tracks is rather slow so I set the loading to never and I find it works fine. Your laptop is faster than my PC and that does the job fine.

128mb ram??? wow, suprised you dont have problems. cheers to ya i guess.
