Topic: Atomix won't load, problems contacting customer service.

Guyz, i have serious problem with the software, and with contacting the customer service. The program won't load, after being installed successfully. i know what yall gonna say, yes i tried to contact the customer service via email, 4 emails, but i get a responde from the costomer service, which is :

The message that you have sent to Atomix Productions has a file attached to it
or has been detected as a spam mail.
Due to the high level of virus messages we are currently receiving, your
message has been discarded. Please reply to this message, make sure that
there are no attachments to the message, and re-state your question.

Thank you for your cooperation.

someone plzz help me, anyone, including the customer service. plzzz help me to fix this problem, or at least to contact the customer service. Thanks alot. I'm begging for help !!!

Just send your mail as plain text. Be sure there is no attachement.

Man, i sent a plain text i swear, with my serial number, and still get the same response. come on now. plzzzz somebody help. i was going crazy last night when i purchased it, and it's not working, and can;t contact the customer service. what should i do ? i'm sure one of yall who had the problem, fixed it already, tell me how. it ain't a secret. i didn;t pay $60 to beg for this, plzzz guys...plzzz people...plzzz customer service...

i am having the exact same problem, along with bad skipping, and no one will answer me in the forums or in chats. my atomix is useless to me after paying $60.

Check your mail software, be sure your mails are sent as plain text (not in html).

how do you check to see if email is sent as plain text or html document?
