i dont know i have had this problem when i have wanted to contact members!

i think it is a good opportunity to suggest adding a "chat" feature to the atomix website
 
well there maybe a chat soon but i dont know!
i think there should be a "user info" button so you can see where they are from, icq number, msn address etc
