Hello,
I'm using 2 sound cards with atomix, one is the onboard soundcard (AC97) and the other is Creative Vibra 128...
the onboard soundcard is working properly
but the vibra makes some serious scratching sound...
The problem is not only in atomix, the windows sounds do the same :(
I noticed that when my CPU is on 100% the sound is ok. :|

Anyone had the same problem? any solutions?
I had this problem since i bought my computer but every time one of the sound cards worked ok...

AMD TBird 900 MHz
AOpen MB AK33
512MB RAM
ASUS v7100 (Geforce 2 mx 32mb)

Also when i set winamp to play throw the vibra and i move the window from one side to another quickly the sound gets ok (again the cpu goes to 100%)

Thanx in advance!

Isn't the onboard AC97 a 3D soundcard? I think it is. If so, you can use the front and rear outputs of the AC97 instead of using both soundcards.
Anyway, I suggest getting the latest drivers for your VIBRA to deal with the scratching sounds in winodws.

My friend gave me his SB Live and its working great :)
But when i use it as 3d card the volume is lower in both of the chanels...
Is there some that can fix it?
