I use a Toshiba laptop with a built in sound/modem card, put through powered jbl's it sounds great but after 1/2 hour or so it starts to sound awful muffled distorted etc. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced anything like this? maybe use an external soundcard? I do have full version of Atomix but dont have my serial with me at the moment(on work Computer) Thanks for any input.

I had the same with Toshiba laptop AMD 475Mhz but only in version 2.0. After 2.1 uptade i didnt have it again. Also check if you have choose stereo hadphones in audio properties and if your sound card is on in config cards of atomix. Dont let Primary sound driver drive atomix audio....

Thanks for the response I have the latest version of atomix but I will check to see if soundcard setting is ok....I take it you dont use your Toshiba anymore?
