Topic: What's an example of a 3D sound card?

I don't exactly know what kind of sound card you mean by that.

Sound Blaster live 5.1 for example. 3-d means it gives you surround sound. Just like for your TV. In this case the front speakers and rear speakers are split, meaning you use the front channels to "broadcast" your sound i.e. to those on the dance floor, and the rear speakers are sent to your headphones for you to monitor the song on cue.
