Topic: please help, very urgent!-sound card already in use by another app.

on starting atomix(v2.1) i get a messagae saying that the sound card is already in use by antoher application. clicking on details of that message i get the following:

What atomix version do you have ?

You might have 2 soundcards. In that case the sound cards probably share a system resource (DMA or IRQ).Open the System windows (in the Configuration Panel) and change the DMA and IRQresources of the cards so that they don't step on each other any more.

Have you tried enabling the Multiple windows-option, which lets Atomix share the soundcard with other applications and thus eliminates this problem?
