At least I could show two pannels at the same place. Stills few questions:
1) when the skin loads, it doesn't show the pannel that has the visible="yes" property. When it loads, it show the buttons properly, but not the background. All the controls are contained in a "blank" area. After the loading, I switch to a pannel, and the problem is solved.
2) When I hit a "show_pannel" button, and re-hit again, the pannel's background disappears, as if I loaded the skin ("blank" area).
3) When I modify my skin's files, and reload the skin to see what happen, and then hit the "pannel" button to look at my work, VDJ crashes with the recovery dialog box. it often appears, sometimes 10 times a round.
Considering 1) and 2) I CAN'T submit a new skin because the result when the skin loads is too ugly. After a conversation with Dj Speedland, it seems that the xml is correctly written. However if you ask I can send you a copy of the skin to look at it.
Am I missing something? Or is it a known issue?

Please add the pannel property to the scratch. Why can't it be in a pannel? Is there a reason? Please add it.

I also noticed that we couldn't put comment tag in the file xml.
