I'm trying to configure properly my set up (using also stems).
I have VDJ pro infinity + Hercules Inpulse 500 + Lenovo L340 Gaming (cpu intel I7 9750H, gpu Nvidia GTX 1650, ram 16GB, SSD).
Everything works, but I feel some audio lags (I think are latency issues) .
I've already tryed many settings in windows and VDJ, things are better, but not solved completely.
Below a list of each configuration I have setted in my laptop.
WINDOWS
-USB selective suspend => disable
-Controller USB/Hub Root/Allow the computer to turn off yhis device to save power => disable
-PCI express link state power managment => off
-Power option => high performance
-Asio driver Hercules => last version
-Drivers pc => all updated
-Disable all sound effects in windows
-Windows default audio output => internal speaker (not hercules) to avoid conflicts
-Turn off hard disk after => disable
-Minimun CPU status => 100%
-Gaming mode => disable
-Visual effects => disable
VIRTUAL DJ
-Audio latency: 1024 (tryed firs 512, than rised to 1024)
-Sample rate: 44100 Hz
-Ultra-latency: Off
-Preload in RAM: On
*stemsDontUseGPU = "yes"
I think, but i'm not sure, the problem could be related to the laptop usb because it has only n°2 USB 3.0 ports (+ 1 USB C port, not thunderbolt) on same side and nothing on other side. I've noted that if i connect the mouse in the other port 3.0 audio lags increase.
