I'm helping a friend who just bought VDJ and after I put in the serial code I get a message "Protection error 32. Contact service@virtualdj.com"

What gives?

Brand new 3.2Ghz
Gig mem
200 Gig hd
nVidia 5600 128

I turned HT off.
