Hello colleagues!
The standard reverb in VDJ doesn't sound very good. In Traktor, for example, everything is much nicer. I would like to make a normal reverb for neat transitions. There are many VST plugins in which you can get good reverb, but a problem appears - there is no tail. i.e. trail. You turn on the effect - the reverb appears. You turn it off - it immediately turns off as if it had never been there. This sounds unpleasant.
In general, the point is that they are all VST for DAW, there the signal path can be clearly defined. In VDJ, when you turn off the effect - the effect processor itself is turned off and the admixture in the main signal disappears. It is not clear how to get around this. There would be an option if there was a plugin that had a mute button that turns off the input signal and then the tail would appear by itself, but I did not find any. VDJ has a standard crutch - a plugin effect for programming combinations of effects. But it does not route the sound. I wanted to try some VST router, but it's complicated by the fact that I'll have to set up the router every time before a performance. In short, there is the use of plugins, but no routing.
Does anyone know how to overcome this?
