I have a Rane one and I am wondering what could I use to add a 3rd and 4th single unit controller(s) like cdjs to ch3 and ch4.

The Rane One is a software mixer when used with a computer, which will make adding channels easy (if it was a hardware mixer with dedicated outputs for decks 1/2 then it'd be a different situation). You should be able to use any single deck jog wheel controller, but might also want another device for mixer controllers.
For single deck jog wheel controllers, you could do a Denon LC6000 or Rane Twelve/mk2. Some other (possibly dated, possibly no updated drivers) single deck devices: CDJ in HID mode, Denon DN-SC2000, Numark V7, Reloop Contour, a Reloop RMP player, Behringer CMD-PL1.
For a mixer controller, you could do a Traktor Z1/mk2, Reloop Mixtour/Mixtour Pro, Akai AMX, Allen & Heath XONE K1/K2, Behringer CMD MM-1. Depending on what you're willing to live without (ex. faders), you could do a Akai AFX, Traktor F1, Traktor X1/mk2/mk3.
You'll just have to assign the controllers to decks 3/4 in the settings.
