Hi, just noticed a bug, when I have my samples I also click on sampler editor and set some groups, because In some cases when I trigger next sample I want vdj to quick turn off previous sampler in the same group. Can u fix it?:) It worked on previous versions :) thanks!

it's working here. can you describe exactly what you did to get the sample group to not work?

Hi! Recorded a quick video
https://youtube.com/shorts/vlit5eRPxHo?si=3FRNa8lzVDlaEvBL
From 00:00-00:54 is the 2024 version
00:55-01:29 is the 2025 version
Yellow samples are in Group 1 - it means in 2024 version that when u trigger any sample in this Group another one will stop. White samples are not in any Group, so i can trigger them all in one time. In 2025 „grouping” option doesnt work :( hope i explain in clearly :)
Thank u virtual dj dam for doing SICK job developing the best software in the planet :)

Can't reproduce here either.
Can you post here the content of the Bank XML file (located in /Sampler folder) ?

btw the bug happens only when you use groups on samples that are not loops.
(not sure why someone would use group on non-loops. but anyway fixed for next build)

I have some routines, when i have one song chopped every 1 beat and playing it live using sampler and ddj xp2. This option is usable when u hit next sample little too soon ☺️

monophonic keyboard play

On drum machines and "real" samplers, choke is used to (for example) cut off an open high hat sound when a closed high hat is played. Same thing.

I use a sample loop to play background music during a presentation then hit another sample in that group that is NOT a loop to apply and end stinger to it when I want a neat abrupt end.
Everyone is different and there are many ways to use the software that may not be your preference.

yes I understand. anyway it's been fixed and a new EarlyAccess build including this fix will be available today or tomorrow.
