Nuwmark Mixtrack Platinum FX controller channel 2 does not work and on the laptop skin is how you have to move the volume up and down It can't be done on the controller for some reason. Everything else works except for the volume slider on the right. I tried switching USB ports, I tried another cord and I tried another hub it's just that channel. I have another Numark the controller that's a step down from this one and it works perfectly fine. Is it possible that my controller is just broken on that side? I'm at a loss. I don't drop them I take very good care of my equipment and I've only had this controller a little over a year or two.

Sounds like the fader has gone bad and needs replaced then.

You could check to see if that fader is sending any data...
