the goal, play mixed dj sets while I play any game live
I tried the screen grab approach, but apparently that didn't work... the grabber somehow gets stuck on the vdj interface no matter what source I change on it. Nvidia 1070 card - I'm trying to do this with the game Warframe in particular ( i'm pretty decent at it lol )
So far the only solution I'm thinking is obs studio or some 3rd party sotftware, but would be better if I can just use the video source option from vdj - less software running in real time to avoid additional system stress, but i'm not seeing how with the screen grab option

Update - apparently it does work on "screen area" ...but not as a selected window - so if i minimize the game, to do something like start a new dj set or check my email, it will show everything on my screen. I'd want it to just focus on the game window.
