My Laptop is new with win 11 Good specs, currently im using 2023v the issue is sometimes it goes crazy like freezing about 4-5 secs muted and then music continue.. i never i experienced this on my win7 before older laptop, and i already replaced "NEW" usb cord but it still d same..
-hot cue pads keeps on white.. even thou i have already cue's sets.. if i change the set
im using before vdj 8.5 2020 on my older laptop "win7" no problem at all.. i tried also the vdj 8.5 2020 which is Good.. on my new laptop but then i counter the freezing thing.. is this a O.S issue?

First thing I would suggest is to use the current public release build on a new laptop.
Also check the latency settings on the Pioneer drivers if ASIO or in VDJ if WDM.
