Hey guys, my NI S4 MK1 is not connecting to virtual DJ infinity. Is there any fix to this cause I've read online the virtual DJ does not support the S4 MK1.

It needs a 3rd party definition file and you need to start the device in midi mode.

Yes, S4 MK1 is not officially supported (and never will be)
The reasons in a nutshell are:
1) The unit does not communicate in HID like all the other NI devices. It uses a proprietary protocol instead.
2) In MIDI mode, the performance is very poor, especially with the jogs.
