I used to be a regular user / contributer to the facebook group. albeit mostly asking questions, rather than answering questions, although I did help people whenever I could.
My old facebook page was hacked a few months ago, and it was instantly disabled by Facebook.
I created a new page shortly afterward, but over the last number of months I have tried a few time to I enter the official support facebook group and my request never seems to get approved.
I suspect that I may have been rejected at first, because I was trying to join with a brand new account which may have looked suspicious to the admins,but my account is now a number of months old, with lots of content on it. there is just no way to get in. if there is anyone who can help id appreciate if you could reach out to me thanks

Facebook has some auto moderation rules applied to avoid huge influx of spam.
One of those are user that just created a FB account, wont be accepted
