I have a collection of video files .webm (VP9 codec or VP90 codec). The audio is playing fine but the video is not playing smoothly or jerking (stop and go/freezing).

Does your gpu or cpu support hardware accelerated decoding of vp9?

I can play the files with VLC Player and I am able to convert .webm to .mp4 with Format Factory.
