I am making my own controller, i was wondering if make a script in HID and mapper give quicker respons than the simple midi mapping from VDJ ?

For script execution time it does not matter where the trigger comes from.
Also for controllers, the "delay" between using a button and triggering a script is negligible. Therefore the difference between MIDI and HID on that matter is even more negligible (if any).
The real advantage of HID is that it is capable of much higher resolution controls than MIDI.
