In my old software, I had both waveforms displayed and one was flipped so you could see them together and beatmatch visually much more easily,
Is there a skin that allows this?

It's still possible to code a skin to show waveforms like that. However I don't know any "modern" skin that uses this representation as generally it was not popular among users.
