- Please don't hijack threads with new issues....start a new thread describing your issue
- I think, from the list of options the option you want to disable may be browserAutoOpenNewDrive (if you are connecting the drive after startup.
If this is your main music drive that is connected before startup, there can be many options that you should be checking - lastSelectedFolder, rememberRecurse, watchFolders (if you set that up) are a few to look at.
Please let us know if modification of any of those resolves the issue.

Serato colours the sound with a slight treble and bass boost.
Atomix chose to leave eq decisions up to the user and reproduces the sound 1:1;
signal in = signal out
