I have that version but it seems that thay want another $299 to get access to eveythig, what is the Infinity version?

I have a 2011 touch screen Lenovo I no I cant get the all the new updates, my visual are importin to me but I can no lounger control my visual samples?

Can you please describe your issue a little better ?
On the device of yours, do you use the 32 bits or 64 bits version of VirtualDJ ?
The 32 bits version has some limitation over the 64 bits, but you can always opt to install 64 bits version, as long as your OS is 64 bits as well.
Otherwise on such an old system (2011) you may have to also upgrade the OS to 64 bits to update to the latest 64 bits version of VirtualDJ.
