I am thinking of getting the DJ2GO2Touch to use for my "low-end" gigs and I want to configure it where I just use the controller part for VDJ, but still keep my current USB audio interface connected to my PC (which provides 2 stereo output channels) for my main audio outputs to my sound system. Is this possible? Also, in this configuration, would I retain the cue function from the DJ2GO2Touch via its headphones? Basically, I don't want to use the device's audio output mini jack for the main sound output, but still keep all the other functionality intact.

Can't see any reason why not.
Just assign master to your interface and headphones to the DJ2GO2

Yes, you can combine any connected audio device any way you want
And it will work independently of the midi controls you sre using
VDJ may suggest a simpler config, but if you simply re-select the audio config settings and/or midi/mapping settings manually, you can get basically any combination for midi controller, midi mapping, audio master output and audio headphones/cue output you like
