Asus G53J VDJ 8 does not recognize Numark Platinum FX any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Support for that controller was added in build 5872 from 2020. Are you using the latest version of VDJ?
OK hang on - that laptop is from 2010. Is it running Windows 7?
According to the Numark web site, the controller requires Windows 10 64-bit only.
