Hey guys, I did the research on this but sorry still not understanding what I am reading on how to get this done so please pardon me for asking. On my bud's laptop I am seeing the 'Database' backup which I had done for him a while back.

Can you clarify if I am supposed to simply copy that database zip file from his windows backup folder into the same folder on his Mac Air please?

Use the inbuilt backup and restore function.
