Hi, I have the latest pro paid version and I can’t hear anything in my headphones on my Hercules impulse 500. I get sound out my monitor but that’s it.
I’m using a Dell laptop and internal sound card

Audio config should be taken care of as it's plug & play with native support.
When using a controller with built in audio interface you don't use the laptop sound.

I’ve done a fresh install and still don’t have sound in headphones hence posting here, it’s very frustrating

Just a thought here, I had the same problem with Windows 11. I had to go into the Windows settings and make the headphones default. Then I had to have the headphones plugged in before opening VDJ. The sound then came out of the headphones. When I unplugged the headphones, no sound out of computer speakers. I had to close VDJ and then open VDJ and sound comes out of computer speakers again.
