While I can search on Google and Edge, I can't access my cache or search new songs! About a month of problems. Spotify plays! What's up? Can I use all of Spotify in Virtual DJ?

You can't compare general internet access with access to a specific paid content source
From which source are you searching for music?
Regarding Spotify:
They have left the DJ world behind, so you can't use Spotify content with any DJ software
