I have read a lot of the forms for how to move the software to a new computer. Got that done already. My problem is in the remix tag I will put what type of dance that song is. I'm trying to move that information to my new computer and I can't seem to get it to save and transport the information I put in. I'm a ballroom teacher who uses this software because it lets me save what type of dance each song is.

The information should move along with your database.
I don't know how you transfer songs, but the most easy and correct way to keep all information is to perform all file operations from within VirtualDJ browser.
So, in a nutshell:
Use VirtualDJ to copy files or folder from source computer to an external drive os USB stick / thumb drive.
Connect the drive on the new computer and again use VirtualDJ to copy the files from the external drive to the internal drive of the second computer.
This procedure will ensure that all information VirtualDJ has for those files (inlcuding hotcues, playcount e.t.c.) will move along.
