Guys I made a big boo boo, working late into morning without sleep, I overwrote a long playlist. with new songs and saved it. Is there anyway to recover the contents. The origiginal songs were replaced with new songs using the same name ... Help!!!!!!

Not backed up... Yeh I know, last backup was last friday and I did this list yesterday. I gotta stop this habit of comming in from a gig and working.
I have the songs from the "History", just have to remember the order, so all is not lost. Just frustating.
