i paid for the pro and all the while my account was in trial and now I don't know how to find the certificate number to enter in. can someone help me?

there aren't serial numbers any more, just log in to the sw with the email you used to purchase.

... and looking at the 3 stars under your username, it's probably the same credentials you used to sign into this from
