Something has happened to the FX button mapping on my Denon MC4000, and 2 out of 3 FX buttons do not work as they used to. It seems that the mapping has changed, and loading factory default makes no difference. I couldn't find out how to map them so that they work as normal, ie. when pressing the FX button, it will activate the effect on that slot. Now it just recycles the effects on slot 1. See screenshot of that current mapping. How should I set it?

It depends on if you are in 1 fx mode or 3 fx mode how the controller will act, so that is probably what is confusing

Ah yes, thank you, that was it.
I still don't understand how that was ever changed, as I don't remember seeing that option before, and I only use "Performance" layout, where that option is not visible.

In past when in Fx3 mode on Pro skin and one toggles to Essentials and back, the Fx3 mode is NOT correct. don't know if this is part of the issue. And have not tested to see if this is still a current issue, or with Performance skin.
